About the Founder

My name is Sherry Heise - the Founder of Venoros. In the past decade, I have enjoyed the fast-paced life in various series C/D - aka scale up stage - companies, particularly in B2B SaaS. Product Management did find me naturally, and over time my expertise developed to cater to the scale up challenges, rather than a narrow product type or market.

I had the pleasure of building products in Cybersecurity, Martech AI Data Analysis, GDPR & WCAG Compliance, Web Hosting and Workflow Automation. Challenges in all businesses remained the same - scaling safely, efficiently and compliant.

Venoros

I started Venoros with a simple mission: Relief founders from the true cost, which is in fact inconsistent & ineffective decision making processes.
Empower employees to be recognised and nurtured, democratising decision making effectively.

The truth was that frustrations in teams always did arise when employees felt like their competencies in decision making were overlooked when leadership decisions were made that changed the employees' contribution. In many cases, this is rather a lack of transparency on both sides and a lack of commitment to outcomes.

Personal Life

A German living abroad in the UK for the past seven years, I have lived in Sweden & Denmark. Deeply passionate about both classic and contemporary literature, time is best spent away from screens out in nature or amongst books.

As a female in tech leadership and diagnosed as neurodivergent in various ways, I am deeply committed to bringing empathetic leadership into organisations that encourages healthy workplace environments.
